Ukrainian military personnel and commentators have detailed administrative, logistical, and structural issues affecting frontline troops.

Ukrainian servicemen, veterans, and commentators have raised growing concerns over administrative, logistical, and structural shortcomings within the country's armed forces.

In public statements and interviews, military personnel criticized issues ranging from mobilization fairness to frontline resource management. Drone unit commander Yurii Butusov reported a lack of institutional accountability in logistics, stating field officers must independently secure basic supplies. Frontline surgeon Bohdan Zhuravel warned that prolonged combat deployments without rotations severely degrade troop morale. Meanwhile, an investigation published by Українська правда pointed to systemic inequalities in military commendations, which are frequently awarded to headquarters staff rather than combat personnel. Additionally, serviceman Pavlo Kazarin called for reforms to medical commissions and deferment policies to increase mobilization transparency.
