Ukrainian strikes damaged an FSB deployment point and key bridges, while reports indicate Russia is charging captured Ukrainian soldiers with terrorism.

Ukrainian armed forces conducted targeted strikes against Russian military positions and infrastructure, hitting a temporary deployment point of Russia's Federal Security Service in occupied Kherson Oblast. According to Ukraine's General Staff, military operations also damaged a road bridge over the Seim River in Russia's Kursk region and a railway bridge in Zaporizhzhia Oblast.

Concurrently, Ukrainian Special Operations Forces captured two sleeping Russian service members during a covert action. Separately, reports indicated that Russian legal authorities are charging Ukrainian soldiers captured during the Kursk offensive with terrorism, withholding standard prisoner-of-war protections.

In Kherson, police released footage showing a Russian drone targeting a 52-year-old civilian vendor, who survived the attack.
