Ukrainian forces report over 250 daily combat engagements as heavy fighting persists near Pokrovsk and Lyman, alongside localized tactical counter-advances.

Intense combat remains ongoing across eastern Ukraine, with Ukrainian commanders reporting between 221 and 254 engagements in a single 24-hour period. Russian forces executed dozens of assaults attempting to breach defensive positions near Pokrovsk, Lyman, and Kostiantynivka, with Ukrainian troops repelling more than 20 attacks in the Pokrovsk sector alone.

Simultaneously, tactical movements continue along multiple sectors. Ukrainian troops advanced along the right bank of the Oskil River north of Kupyansk and made localized gains near Lyman. Conversely, Russian defense officials claimed control over several settlements near Sumy, while top Russian commanders denied Ukrainian progress in the Zaporizhzhia region. Strikes were also reported on ammunition depots in the Kyiv region.
