Ukrainian drone strikes hit Russian logistics hubs as civilian casualties rise

Cross-border strikes intensified as Ukrainian drones targeted Russian retail and logistics infrastructure, causing fires at major Wildberries and Ozon facilities across Leningrad Oblast, Moscow Oblast, and Dagestan. Ozon saw its stock decline nearly 30% after six of its facilities were struck over three days.

The attacks resulted in casualties across several regions, including five fatalities at a warehouse in Moscow Oblast and seven deaths when a drone crashed onto a beach in Krasnodar Krai. Meanwhile, a Russian missile attack on Kyiv left nine people dead and dozens injured. On the front lines, Russian troops recorded tactical progress near Artelne in Kharkiv Oblast, while Ukrainian forces pushed toward Uspenivka in Donetsk. Additionally, Belarus announced plans to form a new air assault brigade along its southern border with Ukraine.
