U.S. President Donald Trump cited ongoing talks as Iran's last chance for a deal, while Washington delayed a Patriot missile production agreement with Ukraine.

U.S. President Donald Trump announced that diplomatic negotiations with Tehran are ongoing, describing them as Iran's "last chance" to achieve a long-term agreement. Trump noted that discussions have support from regional partners, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates, while warning that American military forces remain prepared if diplomatic efforts fail.

Meanwhile, U.S. Ambassador to NATO Matthew Whitaker stated that Washington and Kyiv are unlikely to conclude an agreement on joint Patriot interceptor missile production prior to winter. However, broader air defense collaboration with European partners remains underway.

In Russia, Ukrainian drone strikes targeted facilities operated by e-commerce firm Wildberries across the Moscow, Tver, and Saint Petersburg regions. Moscow Regional Governor Andrey Vorobyov confirmed that the strikes killed at least five people and injured ten others near the capital.
