Satellite imagery confirms strikes on aerospace facilities in Samara as frontline clashes continue across eastern Ukraine.
Satellite imagery and regional reports have detailed the extent of Ukrainian long-range strikes against industrial facilities in Russia's Samara region. The missile attack damaged workshops at the Progress Rocket Space Centre, which manufactures Soyuz carrier rockets, alongside the adjacent Aviakor aviation plant. Drone and missile activity was also reported in the Nizhny Novgorod, Penza, and Rostov regions.
On the battlefield, intense ground fighting persisted with more than 250 engagements recorded in a single day. Russian forces maintained pressure across eastern Ukraine, executing dozens of assaults toward Lyman and Kostiantynivka. Russian units also pressed to divide Ukrainian bridgeheads along the Oskil River near Kupyansk and expanded territorial control south of Dobropillya in the Pokrovsk sector.
