Overnight Russian strikes on the Kyiv region killed up to 17 people, as reports surfaced of North Korean missile deployments to Russia's Voronezh region.

Russian forces launched an overnight barrage of ballistic missiles and strike drones targeting Kyiv and its surrounding region, killing between 15 and 17 people and injuring dozens more, according to Ukrainian authorities. In the Bucha district, emergency services responded to damaged logistics warehouses and burning freight vehicles.

Concurrently, Ukrainian military intelligence indicated that a North Korean missile unit is deploying to Russia's Voronezh region. The unit is reportedly equipped with up to six mobile launchers and roughly 120 ballistic missiles.

Along the front lines, Ukrainian forces engaged Russian troops holding positions in Kupyansk and captured soldiers near Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka. In Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced upcoming personnel reshuffles within the Russian Armed Forces and the Defense Ministry.
