Russian missile and drone strikes caused dozens of casualties across Kyiv, while reports emerged of a North Korean missile unit deploying to Voronezh.

A series of Russian overnight ballistic missile and drone strikes across Kyiv and its surrounding region left at least 15 to 17 people dead and dozens wounded, with reported injuries ranging between 44 and 51. Local authorities confirmed fires and damage to commercial warehouses and transport infrastructure, notably in the Bucha district.

Concurrently, intelligence assessments cited by media indicated that a North Korean missile contingent, reportedly equipped with up to six launchers and an estimated 120 ballistic missiles, has begun deploying in Russia's Voronezh region.

Along the front line, Ukrainian troops continued operations against Russian forces in Kupyansk and took prisoners near Oleksijevo-Druzhkivka. In Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced forthcoming structural and leadership adjustments within the nation's defense apparatus.
