Russian strikes hit Kyiv region as North Korean missile unit deploys in Voronezh

Russian forces launched overnight ballistic missile and drone strikes against Kyiv and surrounding regions, killing up to 17 people and injuring over 40. The attacks damaged infrastructure, including commercial warehouses and logistics vehicles in the Bucha district.

Concurrently, Ukrainian intelligence disclosed that Russia has deployed a North Korean missile unit to the Voronezh region. The unit reportedly includes six launch systems and up to 120 ballistic missiles. On the front lines, Ukrainian troops engaged in intense fighting near Kupyansk to dislodge entrenched Russian forces. Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced upcoming administrative reshuffles within the Defense Ministry and military leadership.
