Russian overnight strike on Kyiv region leaves at least 15 dead as North Korean unit deploys to Voronezh

At least 15 people were killed and over 40 injured following overnight Russian missile and drone attacks targeting Kyiv and the surrounding region, according to local officials. The strikes caused fires and structural damage, including burnt warehouses in the Bucha district.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian military intelligence reported that Russia has begun deploying a North Korean missile unit to the Voronezh region, comprising six launchers and up to 120 ballistic missiles. On the front line, Ukrainian forces conducted clearing operations against entrenched Russian troops in Kupyansk.
