Over 250 clashes were reported across key sectors in Ukraine as Russian drone attacks caused civilian casualties in Kyiv and Kherson regions.

Heavy combat persists along eastern and southern front lines, with the Ukrainian General Staff reporting more than 250 combat engagements in a 24-hour period. Russian forces mounted major assault attempts in the Lyman, Kostiantynivka, and Pokrovsk sectors.

To the north, Ukrainian infantry executed clearing operations along the Oskil River near Kupiansk after neutralizing Russian drone capabilities in the area. In contrast, Russia's Ministry of Defense claimed its forces seized several settlements on the approaches to Sumy, while Russian Chief of General Staff Valery Gerasimov rejected assertions of Ukrainian advances in the Zaporizhzhia region.

Aerial bombardment also intensified as Ukraine faced an overnight barrage of 138 Russian drones. Regional officials reported civilian casualties, including a mother and her two children killed in Kyiv Oblast, and a priest who died during a drone hit on a monastery in Kherson Oblast.
