EU warns Moscow after explosive drones found in Germany

Fresh Russian drone strikes hit Kyiv while German authorities uncovered explosive drones in Leipzig, prompting an EU warning against foreign attacks on European soil.
Russian forces launched fresh overnight drone strikes on Kyiv, injuring one woman following Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's address to the UN General Assembly. Concurrently, Moscow announced an intensified military campaign targeting Ukraine's energy grid, while Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries continue to disrupt domestic fuel supplies.
In Germany, authorities identified two suspects linked to Moscow after discovering explosive drones near critical infrastructure in Leipzig. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen condemned the incident, stating that the bloc will "not tolerate attacks on EU soil" and stands ready to respond to aggression.
