Ukrainian drone strikes targeted Russian retail hubs and regions, while Russian strikes on Kyiv and frontline combat caused further casualties.

Cross-border attacks and frontline combat between Ukrainian and Russian forces have escalated, causing widespread casualties and commercial disruption. Ukrainian drone strikes targeted Russian e-commerce infrastructure, setting fire to a Wildberries warehouse near Saint Petersburg and hitting several Ozon facilities in southern Russia, which drove Ozon's share price down by nearly 30 percent.

Casualties were recorded across multiple regions. Ukrainian drone impacts in Moscow Oblast and a crash on a Krasnodar Krai beach killed at least 12 people and injured dozens. Meanwhile, a Russian night attack on Kyiv left nine dead and 33 wounded. On the frontline, Russian forces made tactical gains near Artelne, while Ukrainian troops advanced toward Uspenivka. Additionally, Belarus announced a new air assault brigade near its border with Ukraine.
