US NATO Envoy Matthew Whitaker says a Patriot co-production deal with Ukraine is delayed, while Ukrainian drone strikes hit Russian Wildberries warehouses, leaving five dead.

US Ambassador to NATO Matthew Whitaker stated that a long-term agreement between Washington and Kyiv to jointly produce Patriot missile interceptors will not be finalized before this winter. Speaking to media, Whitaker emphasized that joint efforts with Ukraine and European allies to manufacture other air defense capabilities remain active despite the delay.

Concurrently, Ukrainian drone strikes hit logistics infrastructure operated by Russian e-commerce giant Wildberries across the Moscow, Tver, and Saint Petersburg regions. Moscow Regional Governor Andrey Vorobyov confirmed at least five fatalities and ten injuries following a strike on a warehouse facility near the capital. Russian defense officials reported intercepting multiple drones overnight as strikes against commercial logistics centers continue.
