US delays Patriot deal with Ukraine until after winter, Donald Trump issues a warning to Iran, and Ukrainian drones strike Russian logistics facilities.

U.S. Ambassador to NATO Matthew Whitaker announced that a long-term agreement between Washington and Kyiv to jointly manufacture Patriot missile interceptors will not be signed before winter. However, Whitaker noted that joint work on air defense equipment between the United States, Ukraine, and European partners remains active.

Concurrently, U.S. President Donald Trump described ongoing negotiations as Iran's "last chance" to reach an agreement, asserting that discussions are progressing rapidly while reiterating American military readiness.

In Russia, Ukrainian drone strikes hit distribution centers belonging to online retailer Wildberries in the Moscow, Tver, and Saint Petersburg regions. Moscow Regional Governor Andrey Vorobyov reported that at least five people were killed and ten others injured in the strike near the capital.
