Washington has postponed a Patriot missile production deal with Kyiv until after winter, while Ukrainian drones struck Russian logistics facilities and US-Iran talks continue.

U.S. Ambassador to NATO Matthew Whitaker stated that Washington is unlikely to finalize a long-term agreement with Kyiv for joint production of Patriot missile interceptors before this winter. Speaking to Fox News, Whitaker noted that collaborative air defense initiatives between the United States, Ukraine, and European partners are nonetheless continuing.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian drone strikes targeted distribution facilities operated by e-commerce platform Wildberries across Moscow, Tver, and Saint Petersburg. Moscow Regional Governor Andrey Vorobyov reported at least five deaths and ten injuries near the capital following the overnight attacks.

Concurrently, U.S. President Donald Trump described ongoing discussions with Tehran as Iran's "last chance" to reach a deal. Trump stated negotiations are progressing rapidly while reiterating American military readiness.
