Washington postpones Patriot interceptor production with Ukraine until after winter while President Trump presses Iran and Ukrainian drones hit Moscow targets.

U.S. Ambassador to NATO Matthew Whitaker stated that Washington and Kyiv are unlikely to finalize a long-term agreement on the joint production of Patriot missile interceptors before this winter. However, broader air defense manufacturing initiatives with Ukraine and European allies remain active.

Simultaneously, Ukrainian drone strikes targeted facilities belonging to the e-commerce firm Wildberries in the Moscow, Tver, and Saint Petersburg regions. Moscow Regional Governor Andrey Vorobyov reported at least five fatalities and ten injuries following the attack near the Russian capital.

Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump warned Tehran that ongoing diplomatic talks represent the Iranian regime's "last chance" to secure a deal. Trump stated negotiations are moving rapidly with regional support from Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE, while cautioning that military preparations remain on standby should diplomacy fail.
