US prosecutors charged five alleged Russian agents over global plots targeting Ukraine allies, while a German court convicted a man in a parcel bomb scheme.

United States federal prosecutors in Manhattan have unsealed charges against five alleged Russian intelligence operatives accused of directing an international campaign of sabotage and targeted killings. According to federal authorities, the suspects recruited individuals globally to surveil and assassinate targets aligned with Ukraine across Europe and North America. All five suspects remain at large.

Concurrently, a regional court in Stuttgart, Germany, convicted a Ukrainian national for his role in a Russian-backed plot involving explosive parcels sent via commercial delivery services. German prosecutors said the operation aimed to disrupt logistics and undermine public trust in European security.
