US prosecutors have charged five alleged Russian agents over a global sabotage and assassination plot targeting supporters of Ukraine.

United States federal prosecutors have unsealed charges against five alleged Russian intelligence agents accused of orchestrating a global campaign of sabotage and assassination aimed at supporters of Ukraine.

According to Manhattan court documents, the network recruited individuals across North America and Europe to track and eliminate targeted figures. The indictment links the group to a June 2024 attack in Prague. Federal authorities noted that all five suspects remain at large.

Concurrently, Denmark's Security and Intelligence Service revealed that Russian operatives carried out targeted sabotage against Danish defense companies producing military supplies for Kyiv, describing the actions as an escalation in Moscow's hybrid warfare strategy.
