Ukrainian forces reportedly advanced near Kupiansk and Lyman, while Russian authorities claimed territorial gains near Sumy and launched strikes in the Kyiv region.

Active combat continues across several front-line sectors in Ukraine, with both sides reporting tactical movements and strikes. Ukrainian forces have reportedly made gains on the right bank of the Oskil River north of Kupiansk. Additionally, Ukrainian military authorities are preparing to announce the reclamation of approximately 200 square kilometres of land in the Lyman sector.

On the opposing front, Russia's Ministry of Defence asserted that its troops captured several settlements near Sumy. In Zaporizhzhia, Russian Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov publicly refuted reports of recent Ukrainian advances. Meanwhile, Russian forces conducted overnight air attacks targeting ammunition storage facilities located in the Kyiv region.
