Ukrainian service members highlight systemic logistical gaps, rotation delays, and administrative inequities within the armed forces.

Ukrainian service members and military commentators continue to voice concerns regarding systemic inequities, administrative hurdles, and logistical shortfalls within the armed forces. Frontline surgeon Bohdan Zhuravel warned that long deployments without rotations leave troops exhausted, arguing that political leadership prioritizes civilian interests over active military personnel.

Regarding supply chains, drone company commander Yurii Butusov told Radio NV that unit commanders are forced to independently address daily material deficits due to a lack of institutional accountability. Meanwhile, veteran accounts published by Українська правда highlighted flaws in the award distribution system, noting that military honors are frequently retained by headquarters staff rather than awarded to frontline combatants. On mobilization reform, serviceman Pavlo Kazarin stated that establishing fairness requires targeted adjustments to military medical evaluation commissions and deferment policies rather than a single sweeping measure.
