Ukrainian service members have voiced concerns over logistical failures, rotation delays, unfair award distributions, and mobilization policies.

Ukrainian military personnel and commentators continue to raise concerns regarding operational pressures and administrative inequities within the country's armed forces.

Frontline personnel reported significant logistical and personnel strains. UAV company commander Yurii Butusov informed Radio NV that unit leaders still face a total lack of institutional support, forcing them to arrange unit supplies independently. Medical officer Bohdan Zhuravel told Radio Svoboda that prolonged delays in troop rotations leave soldiers feeling abandoned by state policy.

Administrative practices have also faced scrutiny. An investigation by Ukrainska Pravda revealed that military decorations are frequently allocated to headquarters staff rather than frontline combatants. Additionally, service member Pavlo Kazarin stated to Liga net that improving mobilization fairness requires urgent reforms to occupational deferment policies and military medical commissions.
