Ukrainian military personnel and commentators have raised concerns over systemic issues in supply logistics, rotation schedules, medal allocation, and mobilization rules.

Ukrainian service members and commentators have voiced concerns over systemic issues within the nation's armed forces, pointing to supply management, mobilization fairness, and internal administrative practices.

Drone unit commander Yurii Butusov reported that unit leaders are routinely forced to secure basic supplies independently due to a lack of institutional accountability. Meanwhile, military surgeon Bohdan Zhuravel warned that long-standing issues, including a lack of troop rotations and a growing disconnect between military personnel and civilians, threaten force morale.

Administrative fairness has also drawn scrutiny. An investigation by Ukrayinska Pravda revealed that military commendations are disproportionately assigned to headquarters personnel rather than frontline combat troops. Additionally, service member Pavlo Kazarin advocated for reforms to military medical commissions and deferment procedures to ensure clearer mobilization standards.
