Ukrainian military personnel have raised concerns regarding supply logistics, troop rotations, award distribution, and mobilization fairness.

Ukrainian military personnel and commentators have publicly criticized internal systemic issues within the armed forces, citing logistics, mobilization policies, and recognition procedures. Drone unit commander Yurii Butusov reported that front-line commanders must independently secure daily unit supplies due to a lack of institutional accountability. Meanwhile, military surgeon Bohdan Zhuravel highlighted the absence of troop rotations and warned that a growing divide between military service members and civilians undermines morale.

Administrative practices have also faced scrutiny. An investigation published by Ukrayinska Pravda revealed that military decorations are disproportionately allocated to headquarters staff rather than front-line soldiers. Additionally, service member Pavlo Kazarin advocated reforming military medical commissions and deferment procedures to establish clearer standards for mobilization.
