Ukrainian military personnel and analysts have voiced concerns over rotation delays, supply deficiencies, and administrative inequities within the armed forces.

Ukrainian military personnel and commentators have raised concerns regarding operational, administrative, and logistical challenges within the nation's armed forces.

Frontline surgeon Bohdan Zhuravel warned that prolonged deployments without rotations are straining troops, arguing that state policies currently prioritize civilian stability over supporting long-serving soldiers. Drone unit commander Yuriy Butusov reported that unit leaders face a lack of centralized state supply oversight, forcing officers to procure essential unit equipment independently.

Administrative practices have also drawn scrutiny. An investigation published by Ukrayinska Pravda found that military commendations are disproportionately awarded to command personnel rather than frontline rank-and-file soldiers. Meanwhile, service member Pavlo Kazarin advocated for targeted adjustments to deferment classifications and military medical boards to increase fairness in the mobilization process.
