Ukrainian service members and commentators have raised concerns over supply logistics, prolonged deployments, award allocations, and mobilization equity.

Ukrainian service members and analysts have raised concerns regarding operational, administrative, and logistical challenges within the country's armed forces.

Frontline surgeon Bohdan Zhuravel highlighted the strain of prolonged deployments without rotation, arguing that current state policies prioritize civilian comfort over supporting long-serving troops. On logistics, drone unit commander Yuriy Butusov stated that a lack of centralized accountability forces frontline officers to independently source necessary equipment for their units.

Systemic administrative issues were also emphasized by other commentators. An investigation by Ukrayinska Pravda noted that military commendations are frequently concentrated among command personnel rather than distributed to rank-and-file soldiers. Additionally, service member Pavlo Kazarin called for targeted adjustments to deferment policies and medical evaluation boards to improve equity in mobilization.
