Ukrainian military figures highlight supply shortages, unrotated deployments, and unfair medal allocations, calling for reforms to mobilization and administration.

Ukrainian military personnel and commentators have expressed growing concerns over internal inequities, supply chain failures, and mobilization policies within the armed forces.

Frontline surgeon Bohdan Zhuravel warned that long deployments without rotations damage morale, arguing that government policies favor civilian convenience over military needs. Drone unit commander Yuriy Butusov stated that unit leaders must self-procure essential gear due to systemic supply chain gaps and a lack of procurement accountability.

Administrative procedures have also drawn scrutiny. Ukrayinska Pravda highlighted how military honors are disproportionately awarded to headquarters staff over frontline troops. Meanwhile, service member Pavlo Kazarin called for revising deferment rules and medical evaluations to foster equity in recruitment.
