Ukrainian drone strikes targeted Russian e-commerce hubs and border regions, while Russian strikes on Kyiv caused significant casualties alongside front-line shifts.

Cross-border strikes and front-line clashes have escalated across the region, causing severe civilian casualties and economic disruptions. In Russia, Ukrainian long-range drone attacks hit major e-commerce logistics hubs belonging to Wildberries and Ozon in Leningrad Oblast and Dagestan, driving Ozon's shares down nearly 30%. Additional drone strikes in Moscow Oblast killed five people and injured ten, while a crash on a beach near Gelendzhik left seven dead and roughly 40 injured.

Concurrently, a Russian strike on Kyiv killed nine civilians and injured 33. Front-line reporting indicates tactical advances by Russian forces near Artelne in Kharkiv Oblast, alongside Ukrainian movement toward Uspenivka. Meanwhile, Belarus announced the formation of a new air assault brigade near the Ukrainian border.
