Cross-border drone strikes caused casualties and fires in several Russian regions, while fighting continued along the eastern Ukrainian front.

Cross-border drone strikes caused casualties and infrastructure damage across several Russian regions. In Moscow Oblast, attacks killed five people and injured ten, setting a warehouse ablaze. In Leningrad Oblast, air defenses downed 17 drones over Krasny Bor, where falling debris triggered a fire at a Wildberries e-commerce facility for a second consecutive night. In Krasnodar Krai, a falling drone on a beach in Arkhipo-Osipovka killed seven people, including three children, and injured around 40 others.

On the battlefield, Russian troops secured tactical gains near Artelne in Kharkiv Oblast, while Ukrainian forces pushed toward Uspenivka. Concurrently, Belarusian officials announced the formation of a new air assault brigade along the Ukrainian border, while a Russian strike on Kyiv left nine dead and 33 injured.
