Cross-border drone attacks hit Russian infrastructure and a crowded beach, while Russian strikes on Kyiv leave nine dead.

Ukrainian cross-border drone strikes caused casualties and infrastructure damage across several Russian regions. In Moscow Oblast, a warehouse fire following a drone attack left five people dead and ten injured. In Leningrad Oblast, air defenses intercepted 17 drones over Krasny Bor, where debris set fire to a Wildberries facility for a second night, injuring one person. In Krasnodar Krai, a drone fell onto a crowded beach in Arkhipo-Osipovka, killing seven people, including three children, and injuring roughly 40 others.

Meanwhile, Russian strikes on Kyiv killed nine people and wounded 33. Frontline reports indicate Russian tactical advances near Artelne in Kharkiv Oblast, alongside Ukrainian gains near Velyka Novosilka. Belarusian authorities also announced the creation of a new air assault brigade near the border.
