U.S. President Donald Trump claimed negotiations with Iran are ongoing, while a Ukrainian drone attack near Moscow killed at least five people.

U.S. President Donald Trump has reiterated that negotiations with Iran remain active despite Tehran's public denial of a scheduled dialogue round. Trump criticized Iranian officials as hypocritical, stating he previously called off planned military strikes against Iran due to expected discussions.

Meanwhile, U.S. Ambassador to NATO Matthew Whitaker stated that Washington is unlikely to finalize an agreement with Kyiv for joint production of Patriot interceptor missiles before the upcoming winter.

In Russia, a Ukrainian drone strike on a warehouse near Moscow killed at least five people and injured ten others, according to regional governor Andrey Vorobyov. Local authorities reported further drone attacks targeting commercial facilities in the Saint Petersburg and Tver regions.
