U.S. President Donald Trump cited ongoing negotiations with Iran, while Washington delayed a Patriot missile production agreement with Ukraine prior to winter.

U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that negotiations with Iran are progressing rapidly with support from regional allies, describing current talks as Tehran's final opportunity to secure an agreement. Trump added that Washington remains prepared for significant military action should discussions fail.

Meanwhile, U.S. Permanent Representative to NATO Matthew Whitaker confirmed that a joint agreement with Kyiv to produce Patriot missile interceptors will not be finalized prior to winter. However, co-production initiatives for other air defense equipment involving Ukraine and European partners remain active.

In Russia, Ukrainian drone attacks hit logistics centers belonging to e-commerce firm Wildberries. Regional authorities confirmed that strikes near Moscow resulted in at least five deaths and ten injuries, with additional strikes reported across warehouses in Saint Petersburg and Tver.
