Russian shelling and drone strikes killed five people and injured 16 others across five districts in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region, local emergency services reported.

Russian forces launched nearly 60 attacks across five districts in Ukraine's central Dnipropetrovsk region over a 24-hour period, leaving five people dead and 16 others injured, according to local emergency services.

The bombardments inflicted casualties in the Kamianske district, where three individuals were killed and five sustained injuries. In Pavlohrad, strikes resulted in two fatalities and seven wounded residents. Additional injuries and widespread destruction were reported in the Nikopol district following artillery and drone bombardments, which ignited multiple fires across local infrastructure. Emergency responders were deployed to extinguish the blazes and assist affected residents as regional authorities assessed the extent of the structural damage.
