Russian strikes kill five in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region

At least five people were killed and 16 injured following a series of Russian bombardments across Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region.
Russian forces carried out nearly 60 attacks across five districts in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region over a 24-hour period, according to local emergency services. The bombardments killed at least five civilians and left 16 others injured.
The casualties were concentrated primarily in the Kamianske district, where three people died and five sustained injuries, and in Pavlohrad, where two people were killed and seven wounded. Additional artillery and drone bombardments targeted the Nikopol district, triggering several blazes. Emergency personnel worked across the region to extinguish fires and manage the aftermath of the sustained barrage.
