Russian strikes across Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region killed five people and injured 16 others over 24 hours, local authorities said.

Russian artillery and drone strikes across Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region have left five people dead and 16 others injured over a 24-hour period, emergency services reported.

Occupying forces launched approximately 60 attacks across five districts in the eastern territory. The heaviest casualties occurred in Kamianske district, where three individuals were killed and five sustained injuries. In Pavlohrad, two residents died and seven suffered injuries, while additional casualties and damage to civilian infrastructure were recorded in Nikopol.

Local firefighter units deployed throughout the impacted areas to suppress multiple blazes sparked by the bombardments. The sustained shelling highlights ongoing military pressure along regional infrastructure corridors as the conflict reaches its 1,625th day.
