Cross-border strikes and military developments have escalated across Ukraine and several Russian regions. Ukrainian drone attacks targeted Russian infrastructure, causing fires at Wildberries e-commerce warehouses in Leningrad Oblast for two consecutive nights and damaging facilities in Moscow Oblast, where local officials reported five deaths and ten injuries. In Krasnodar Krai, seven people, including three children, died after a drone fell on a beach in Arkhipo-Osipovka, leaving around 40 injured.

Concurrently, a Russian strike on Kyiv resulted in nine deaths and 33 injuries. On the front line, Russian forces achieved a tactical breakthrough near Artelne in Kharkiv Oblast, while Ukrainian troops advanced toward Velyka Novosilka in southern Donetsk Oblast.
