Poland marked Armed Forces Day with extensive land and naval parades in Warsaw and Gdynia, as Prime Minister Donald Tusk underscored national defense readiness and naval modernization.

Poland held nationwide celebrations to mark Polish Armed Forces Day, commemorating the 1920 Battle of Warsaw with major military demonstrations in Warsaw and along the Baltic coast.

In the capital, thousands gathered along the Wisłostrada to observe military formations, heavy ground armor, and flyovers by air force units. Simultaneously, the Polish Navy staged a naval parade off the coast of Gdynia. Prime Minister Donald Tusk attended the maritime events and visited the PGZ Naval Shipyard to review progress on the frigate Wicher, constructed under the Miecznik modernization program.

In his address in Gdynia, Tusk stated that deterring conflict requires national strength and sovereignty, reiterating four strategic defense priorities: secure borders, reliable international partnerships, sustained defense investments, and economic resilience.
