NATO works urgently to supply Ukraine with air defenses while North Korea deploys a missile unit to Russia and the US updates its nuclear strategy.

NATO is accelerating efforts to provide Ukraine with urgent air defense capabilities following recent Russian strikes that successfully bypassed Ukrainian defenses, according to Secretary General Mark Rutte.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian military intelligence reports that North Korea is deploying a specialized missile unit to Russia's Voronezh region near the border. The deployment reportedly features up to 120 ballistic missiles, six launchers, and around 90 North Korean military personnel sent to manage operations alongside Russian forces.

In a separate development, U.S. defense officials are preparing an updated nuclear strategy framework. Sources indicate the proposed plan prioritizes short-range tactical nuclear capabilities over long-range strategic systems, aiming to provide the U.S. president with expanded options during potential regional conflicts involving Russia or China.
