NATO moves to reinforce Ukrainian air defenses as reports detail North Korean missile deployments to Russia and a revised US nuclear strategy.

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte confirmed that the alliance is working rapidly to deliver additional air defense systems to Ukraine following recent Russian strikes that bypassed Ukrainian defenses. The announcement comes alongside Ukrainian military intelligence reports indicating that North Korea is sending a specialized missile unit to Russia's Voronezh region near the border. The deployment reportedly includes up to 120 ballistic missiles, six launchers, and approximately 90 North Korean military personnel.

Concurrently, reports indicate the US Department of Defense is drafting an updated nuclear framework. According to sources cited by NBC, the proposed strategy places greater emphasis on short-range tactical nuclear capabilities rather than traditional long-range systems, aiming to expand presidential options during potential regional conflicts with Russia or China.
