Frontline hostilities intensify as Russian forces advance near Kharkiv and Ukrainian drone strikes target commercial infrastructure and border regions in Russia.

Frontline hostilities and cross-border drone strikes continue to escalate across multiple regions. Recent Russian military advances were reported near Artelne in the Kharkiv direction, alongside tactical pressure around Kostiantynivka, while Ukrainian forces maintained counter-advances in the southern Donetsk region toward Uspenivka. Meanwhile, Belarusian forces are establishing a new air assault brigade near the border with Ukraine.

In cross-border aerial operations, overnight Ukrainian drone attacks targeted commercial infrastructure, igniting fires at Wildberries e-commerce warehouses in Leningrad Oblast. Casualties were reported across several Russian territories, including Moscow Oblast, where regional authorities confirmed five fatalities, and a beach impact in Krasnodar Krai that left seven dead and dozens injured.
