Escalating cross-border strikes hit logistical infrastructure and civilian areas across Russia and Ukraine as front-line fighting intensifies.

Cross-border strikes and front-line combat have intensified across Ukraine and Russia. Ukrainian drone attacks targeted commercial infrastructure, striking e-commerce warehouses belonging to Wildberries and Ozon. Ozon reported attacks on facilities in Dagestan and southern Russia, causing a near 30% drop in its stock price. Additional drone strikes in Moscow Oblast left five dead and ten injured, while a drone crash on a beach near Gelendzhik killed seven people and injured roughly 40 others.

In Ukraine, a Russian strike on Kyiv killed nine people and injured 33. Front-line reporting indicates Russian tactical advances near Artelne in Kharkiv Oblast, alongside Ukrainian counter-advances toward Uspenivka. Meanwhile, Belarus announced the creation of a new air assault brigade along the Ukrainian border.
