Drone strikes hit Russian e-commerce hubs and civilian areas amid ongoing frontline combat

Cross-border strikes and intense frontline engagements have continued between Ukrainian and Russian forces. Ukrainian drone raids targeted Russian commercial logistics, hitting multiple facilities belonging to e-commerce platforms Wildberries and Ozon. The attacks caused fires at major warehouses near St. Petersburg and in Makhachkala, driving Ozon's stock price down by nearly 30 percent.

Russian authorities reported civilian casualties from drone impacts across several regions. Strikes in Moscow Oblast resulted in five deaths and ten injuries, while seven people were killed when a drone landed on a beach near Gelendzhik in Krasnodar Krai. Meanwhile, Russian attacks on Kyiv left nine people dead.

On the front line, Russian troops made tactical gains near Artelne in Kharkiv Oblast, while Ukrainian units advanced near Velyka Novosilka. Additionally, Belarus confirmed plans to establish a new air assault brigade near its border with Ukraine.
