Cross-border attacks have inflicted civilian casualties and disrupted major logistics infrastructure in both Ukraine and Russia.

Cross-border attacks and frontline engagements continue to cause casualties and disrupt commercial operations across Ukraine and Russia.

Ukrainian drone strikes recently targeted major Russian logistics hubs, igniting fires at a Wildberries facility in Leningrad Oblast and multiple sites belonging to e-commerce retailer Ozon, causing its stock to plummet. Russian authorities reported civilian casualties from drone incidents, including five deaths in Moscow Oblast and seven on a beach near Gelendzhik in Krasnodar Krai.

In Ukraine, a Russian attack on Kyiv left nine people dead and 33 injured. Along the front lines, Russian forces achieved tactical advances near Artelne in Kharkiv Oblast, while Ukrainian troops progressed toward Velyka Novosilka. Meanwhile, Belarus has established a new air assault brigade along its border with Ukraine.
