Cross-border drone and missile strikes killed multiple civilians across Russia and Ukraine as fighting intensifies along Kharkiv and Donetsk front lines.

A series of drone and missile strikes have caused substantial casualties and infrastructure damage across Russia and Ukraine, alongside evolving ground engagements. Ukrainian drone strikes inside Russia targeted several regions, igniting fires at Wildberries distribution centres in Leningrad Oblast and causing at least five fatalities and ten injuries in the Moscow region. In Krasnodar Krai, a drone impact on a Black Sea beach killed seven people and injured approximately 40.

Meanwhile, a Russian strike on Kyiv killed nine people and wounded dozens more. On the front lines, Russian troops reported tactical advances near Artelne in the Kharkiv region, while Ukrainian forces pressed forward toward Uspenivka in southern Donetsk. In Belarus, authorities are reportedly forming a new air assault brigade along the southern border with Ukraine.
