Deadly aerial strikes and clashes intensify across Ukraine and Russian regions

Deadly cross-border aerial attacks and ground engagements have escalated across Ukraine and multiple Russian regions.

In Ukraine, Russian bombardments struck residential, commercial, and transit infrastructure, killing at least ten people in Kharkiv and nine in Kyiv. Front-line reporting indicates Russian tactical advances near Artilne, while Ukrainian units progressed toward Uspenivka. Along the northern frontier, Belarus announced the formation of a new air assault brigade.

Simultaneously, extensive Ukrainian drone operations targeted sites across Russia. In Moscow Oblast, drone strikes killed five people and injured ten, igniting a warehouse blaze. Another drone incident triggered a fire at a commercial logistics facility in Leningrad Oblast. Additionally, in Krasnodar Krai, a drone crash on a Black Sea beach in Arkhipo-Osipovka killed seven people and injured roughly 40 others.
