Deadly cross-border drone strikes hit Russian logistics facilities and a Black Sea beach as Russian attacks killed nine in Kyiv amid ongoing ground fighting.

Cross-border aerial attacks and fierce ground combat have caused widespread casualties across Ukraine and Russia. Ukrainian drone strikes hit several Russian regions, sparking major fires at Wildberries distribution facilities in the Leningrad and Moscow regions. Local Russian officials confirmed at least five fatalities and ten injuries in the Moscow region, alongside seven deaths after a drone crashed onto a Black Sea beach near Gelendzhik.

Simultaneously, a Russian assault on Kyiv killed nine civilians and injured more than thirty others. On the battlefield, Russian units made tactical gains near Artelne in the Kharkiv region and maintained pressure around Kostyantynivka, while Ukrainian forces continued localized advances toward Uspenivka in southern Donetsk. Meanwhile, monitoring reports indicate Belarus is establishing a new air assault brigade near the Ukrainian border.
