Cross-border strikes escalate as Ukraine targets Russian logistics hubs

Cross-border strikes and frontline combat have escalated across Ukraine and Russia. Ukrainian drone strikes targeted major Russian commercial infrastructure, striking logistics facilities belonging to Wildberries in Leningrad Oblast and Ozon in Dagestan. Ozon reported six targeted sites over three days, causing a near 30 percent drop in its stock price.

In Moscow Oblast, drone attacks left five dead and ten injured. Another drone crash on a beach near Gelendzhik killed seven people and injured about 40.

In Ukraine, a Russian strike on Kyiv killed nine people and injured 33. On the front line, Russian troops made tactical gains near Artelne in Kharkiv Oblast, while Ukrainian forces advanced toward Uspenivka. Meanwhile, Belarus announced the creation of a new air assault brigade near the Ukrainian border.
