US threatens further strikes on Iran as Tehran warns of decisive response

US President Donald Trump warned of further strikes if Tehran retaliates, while Iranian leadership stated it does not seek war but will respond decisively to aggression.
Tensions between Washington and Tehran remain high following recent United States military strikes targeting sites near Bandar Abbas and Sirik. United States President Donald Trump warned of additional attacks if Tehran retaliates, asserting that Iranian officials are "begging" for a diplomatic resolution with Washington.
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that Tehran does not seek an expanded regional conflict. However, Pezeshkian warned that any foreign aggression against Iranian territory will face a "decisive response." Concurrently, Iranian military personnel dismissed claims regarding naval losses, maintaining that their forces remain fully operational.
