US threatens further strikes against Iran following fresh military actions

US President Donald Trump warned of further strikes on Iran following military actions near Bandar Abbas, as Iranian officials pledged a decisive response.
US President Donald Trump has warned of additional military strikes against Iran following the first direct exchange of fire between the two nations in a month. Explosions were reported near the southern coastal cities of Bandar Abbas and Sirik.
Trump stated that Iranian leaders are "begging" for a deal with Washington. In response, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian declared that Tehran does not seek broader conflict, but vowed to "respond decisively to aggressors." Meanwhile, Iranian naval officials asserted that their forces remain fully functional despite the recent American bombardment.
