U.S. prosecutors charged five alleged Russian operatives with running a global sabotage and assassination network targeting supporters of Ukraine, while Denmark reported defense firm attacks.

U.S. federal prosecutors have charged five alleged Russian intelligence operatives with running an international network tasked with assassinations and sabotage against allies of Ukraine. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, the suspects recruited operatives across Europe and North America to conduct surveillance and carry out attacks on targets aiding Kyiv, including a June 2024 operation in Prague. All five individuals remain at large.

Concurrently, Denmark's Security and Intelligence Service revealed that Russian operatives carried out sabotage against Danish defense contractors producing supplies for Ukraine. Danish officials stated the actions represent a clear escalation in Moscow's hybrid campaign aimed at undermining Western military support.
